Sri Krishna College of Technology (SKCT) organized its 35th Graduation Ceremony, recently.

Vellaipandi, Director General, Standardization Testing & Quality Certification Directorate, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology took part as the Chief Guest, and presented the degree certificates and awards to the candidates.

Malarvizhi, Chairperson & Managing Trustee and Adithya, Trustee were present. Sundararaman, CEO declared the graduation ceremony open. Narayana, Group Director also attended the event. Sumithra, Principal of the college presented the Annual Report.

Speaking to the successful candidates, Vellaipandi said that India expects great things from its youth, and he urged them all to harness the excellence and potential that is already present in them. He opined that graduates who have begun their career should keep pace with the changing technologies as it would help them stay ahead in their work. Those who are aspiring to pursue higher education should give a deep thought about the outcome they want through higher studies.

The Chief Guest motivated those who are aiming to take part in Civil Service as bureaucrats and give their continuous efforts. Expressing that the number of successful UPSC candidates from Tamil Nadu is not so high as it was a decade or more ago, he urged the aspirants to work consistently towards their goal with passion and commitment.

“Set yourself little milestones and achieve them one by one with skill and sincerity,” he said. He wanted them not to worry about failures or any experiences that they have come across in the past. “Bitter experience is a lesson. It should mold you to become a better person,” he opined.

The Chief Guest then gave away the degree certificates to 902 successful candidates (780 UG and 122 PG) and awards to rank holders.
