Rtn. Rtr. Vijay Vignesh Elected as District Rotaract Representative for the year 2026-27.
The election process for the District Rotaract Representative (DRR) of Rotary International District 3206 for the year 2026-27 concluded with an intense and democratic selection procedure at Rotaract District Conference, “Sapphire” at Sri Krishna College of Arts and Science.
Two candidates were nominated for this position—Rtn.Rtr.PHF. Vijay Vignesh from the Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Gaalaxy and Rtr.PP. Sanjay from the Rotaract Club of Young Vibrants.
Both candidates presented their vision and roadmap for the district during an extensive caucus process, where they addressed key challenges, proposed new initiatives, and engaged with Rotaractors to discuss their plans for the future.
Following a structured election, Rtn.Rtr.PHF. Vijay Vignesh emerged victorious with a margin of 33 votes to 23 votes, securing his position as the District Rotaract Representative (DRR) for the Rotary International Year 2026-27.
