As part of the Rotary District Priority Project DREAM (R – Reach Out), Rotary Coimbatore Uptown extended its support to children with special needs and elderly individuals.
The club recently visited Ashirwad Special School in Ponnayarajapuram, where around 45 special children receive dedicated care and education. Embracing the spirit of inclusion and outreach, the club organised an outing for the children to Namma Park in Kalapatti — a unique space designed exclusively for children with special needs.
In collaboration with Miracle Earth, the club provided refreshments, caps, and water bottles to all the children, their parents, and caretakers to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
As a gesture of continued support, the club also donated chairs to Ashirwad Special School, contributing to their ongoing needs.
