The Rotary Club of Coimbatore Aakruthi inaugurated the “Save Our Daughters – A Cyber Safety and Self-Defence Project” at Nirmala College for Women, Coimbatore, on 25 September 2025. The program saw the participation of girl students from the college.
The project is part of Rotary International District (RID) 3206’s priority initiative under the “Daughters” program. It aims to create 3,206 cyber champions and positively impact 35,266 girls across the district through cyber awareness and self-defence training.
The iExplore Foundation for Sustainable Development serves as the knowledge partner for the project.
