The Rotaract Club of HICAS organised Pathfinder, a social initiative aimed at supporting the educational needs of tribal students recently at the Irular tribal settlement of Chinnampathy, located near the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border in Coimbatore.

As part of the initiative, the club distributed stationery study kits to all the school-going children from the tribal community. Each kit included essential learning materials such as notebooks, pens, pencils, and other stationery items required for their daily academic activities.

The objective of Pathfinder was to assist young learners by providing them with the basic tools required for their education and motivating them to continue their studies with confidence. The initiative also aimed to create awareness about the importance of education among children living in remote tribal areas.

Members of the Rotaract Club interacted with the students, shared encouraging words, and spent time with the children, making the event both educational and heartwarming.

The project highlighted the club’s commitment to social service and its continuous efforts to uplift underprivileged sections of society through meaningful educational support.

Through Pathfinder, the Rotaract Club of HICAS once again reaffirmed its dedication to creating a positive social impact by supporting young minds and helping them move one step closer to achieving their dreams.
