The Rotaract Club of Coimbatore, GCT, organised “Pick Your Pride” at VOC Park to spread awareness about respecting the National Flag beyond Independence Day.
While no discarded flags were found, members educated the park’s cleaning staff on the Flag Code of India, including respectful disposal methods such as silent burning in private or burying the properly folded flag in a box.
The initiative highlighted the importance of preserving the honour of the Tricolour at all times.
