The Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Crystals organised the second phase of its flagship initiative, Operation Bark Boost, on 20th September 2025.
This project falls under the District Priority Project theme, DREAM, which aims to provide consistent nutritional support to the animals sheltered at the Humane Animal Society (HAS), Coimbatore.
The donation drive included dog and cat food specifically requested by the society, ensuring the well-being of the animals under their care.
“For the Crystals, this initiative is not a one-time effort. The club has committed to making Operation Bark Boost a monthly activity, recognising the constant need for food and care at shelters like HAS,” said members of the club.
The club extended its thanks to the Humane Animal Society for welcoming them and providing the opportunity to contribute to animal welfare.
They also encouraged more individuals and organisations to step forward, emphasising that collective support can make a significant difference in the lives of these voiceless companions.
With initiatives like Operation Bark Boost, the club continues to embody the true spirit of service, compassion, and community impact—proving that even small acts of kindness can go a long way in building a better tomorrow.
