In a significant move aimed at enriching the academic experience and industry preparedness of the students, the Department of Management at Rathinam College of Arts and Science (RCAS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Takeoff Aviation, Salem, recently.

This partnership is poised to elevate the BBA Aviation Management program by providing students with extensive industry exposure and practical learning opportunities, aligning the curriculum with real-world aviation practices

The collaboration will enable students to participate in industry internships, field visits to airports, and interactive sessions with aviation professionals. These experiences are designed to offer hands-on learning, allowing students to engage with the latest technologies, trends, and operational strategies in the aviation industry.

The MoU also opens the door for guest lectures by industry experts, live projects, and workshops that simulate real-time aviation scenarios, thereby bridging the gap between academic theory and practical application.

Manickam Ramasamy, CEO & Secretary of Rathinam Group of Institutions, and Prasanna Kumar, CEO of Takeoff Aviation, Salem, signed the MoU in the presence of Balasubramanian, Principal of the College, and Kousalyadevi, Head of the Department, who expressed confidence that this collaboration will offer students unique insights into the operational and managerial aspects of the aviation industry.

By integrating such practical experiences into the academic framework, the College aims to provide students with a competitive edge, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a fast-evolving aviation sector.
