The Department of Management (UG) at Rathinam College of Arts and Science signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Centre for Modern Skills Development of India (CMSDI) and Speedwings Aviation Academy on 26 November 2025.
The college signed two MoUs—one with CMSDI under the initiative “Fit for Work, Fit for Life,” and another with Speedwings Aviation Academy. Both collaborations aim to strengthen academic–industry partnerships and enhance student skill development, practical exposure, and industry-oriented learning.
The Department expressed its gratitude to Madan Sendhil, Chairman of Rathinam Group of Institutions; Manickam, CEO; Balasubramanian, Principal; and Suresh, Vice Principal, for their continued support and leadership in facilitating these strategic partnerships, which reinforce the institution’s commitment to experiential learning and industry integration.
The event was coordinated by Assistant Professors Chockalingam and Udhaya, and convened by Kousalyadevi, Head of the Department. Faculty members, students, and representatives from both organisations participated and discussed future initiatives including internships, training programmes, and research collaborations.
The MoUs represent a significant step toward bridging the gap between academia and industry, equipping students with relevant competencies for an evolving professional landscape.
