Rathinam College of Arts & Science has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Airports Authority of India (AAI), creating valuable internship opportunities for students, recently at Coimbatore International Airport.

The delegation was led by Kousalyadevi, Professor & Head Department of Management including faculty members a group of students and Balasubramanian, Principal of the college.

The Airport Authority of India representatives facilitated the discussion and formalized the partnership.

This internship program is designed to provide students with experience in airport operations, which includes passenger services, cargo handling, logistics, and administrative functions. The collaboration aims to enhance the students’ practical knowledge and prepare them for careers in aviation and logistics sectors.

Representatives from AAI highlighted the significance of the MoU, stating that, “This partnership reflects our commitment to developing future professionals who can contribute meaningfully to the aviation industry. We look forward to nurturing talent through this collaboration.”

The internship program will soon commence, providing students with an immersive learning experience under the mentorship of seasoned professionals from AAI, the college noted.
