Dr. Asha Rao, Director of Rao Hospital, and Dr. Damodar Rao, Associate Director, donated two operation theatre lights worth Rs 45,000 to the Government Hospital, Coimbatore, on 28 November 2025.
The equipment was received by Dr. Geethanjali, Dean of the hospital, and Dr. Murugalakshmi, Head of the Department of Gynaecology.
The donation was made as part of the Rotary Club of Coimbatore Aakruthi’s community service project.
Rtn. Madhu Kannan, President of the club, and Rtn. Vidhya, Secretary, were also present during the handover ceremony.
