The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Coimbatore Zone, organized the Healthcare HR Conclave 2025 under the theme “From Compliance to Culture” at its office on 11th October 2025.
The event brought together leaders from the healthcare, legal, and human resource sectors to discuss evolving HR trends, regulatory compliance, and the importance of cultivating a positive workplace culture within the healthcare industry.
Sessions covered key topics such as updates on minimum wages in the healthcare sector, the POSH Act – ensuring safe workplaces, migrant worker regulations, and a panel discussion on “Challenges of HR in the Current Scenario.”
The conclave featured insightful deliberations from eminent speakers, including Rajesh Doraiswamy, Chairman, CII Coimbatore Zone; Dr. Bhuvaneswaran, Convenor, CII Healthcare Panel; Dr. Suman, Co-Convenor; and Dr. Karthik Prabhu, Secretary, IMA Tamil Nadu.
