PSG College of Arts and Science is organising a five-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on“Enhancing Pedagogical Excellence: Innovations in Teaching, Learning, and Assessment.”
The FDP inaugurated today (21st April 2025) and it will continue till 25th April 2025. It is designed to empower faculty members with innovative pedagogical approaches and transformative strategies aimed at fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
This programme provides a platform for the faculty members to explore and adopt cutting-edge techniques in curriculum design, learner-centric methodologies, digital tools, and outcome-based assessment practices.
Through interactive sessions, hands-on workshops, and collaborative discussions, the FDP aims to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence. By exploring innovation in teaching and assessment, faculty members & educators can enhance student engagement, promote critical thinking, and contribute meaningfully to the holistic development of learners in the 21st century.
