Preetha Priyadarsini Naidu, Founder and CEO of Richmond Talent Solutions, has been appointed as the Convenor of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Indian Women Network (IWN), Coimbatore Zone, for the year 2026–27. Caroline Rajan, Director of Ortho One Orthopaedic Speciality Centre, has been appointed as Co-Convenor.

Preetha Priyadarsini Naidu began her entrepreneurial journey in 2004 with a small recruitment firm, which has since grown into a diversified enterprise under the Richmond brand. Under her leadership, the organisation has evolved into a trusted partner for global corporations.

Beyond business, she is deeply committed to social impact through education. Since 2009, she has worked with government ministries in neighbouring countries to facilitate higher education opportunities in India for thousands of students. Through seminars, workshops, and career development initiatives, she has inspired over 200,000 students, particularly from rural communities.

Her contributions have been recognised with several awards, including the Best Edupreneur Award and the Best Educationalist Award, reflecting her dedication to excellence, empowerment, and meaningful impact.

Caroline Rajan brings over two decades of cross-industry experience spanning healthcare leadership, enterprise IT delivery, aviation services, and community-driven initiatives. She currently serves as Enablement and Adoption Lead at Blue Yonder, where she drives employee engagement and adoption initiatives for the Coimbatore centre, focusing on change management, enablement strategies, and building a strong organisational culture.

She is also an Executive Committee Member of CII Young Indians. Her earlier roles include serving as a Business Solution Delivery Expert at Novartis India, where she contributed to global digital transformation programmes. She also serves as Director at Ortho One Orthopaedic Centre, where she strengthened operational efficiency and patient-centric systems.

Her early career at Jet Airways further shaped her expertise in high-pressure operations and customer experience management. Beyond her professional work, she is an accomplished endurance athlete, including a marathon runner, long-distance cyclist, and brevet rider.
