Prime Minister Modi who will be in Trichy today(11.3.26) to take part in the NDA public rally and also to launch Rs.5,650 cr. projects will flag off 5 new train services that includes 2 Amrit Bharat Express Trains.
One of ABs is the Podanur-Dhanbad Amrit Bharat Express on Wednesday, connecting Coimbatore, TN and Dhanbad in Jharkhand. This is offered as a weekly train service, and it will have stoppage in 35 stations that includes Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode and Salem. Totally 22 coaches will be provided (Sleeper and General Second Class coaches).
The inaugural run is expected to take place in the evening of Tuesday. According to source, the train will depart Podanur Junction at 5.30 p.m. on Wednesday and reach Dhanbad at 12.30 p.m. on Friday.
