Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) leader Vijay met the families of those who lost their lives in the Karur stampede and gave an emotional assurance of lifelong support at Mamallapuram today, 27th October 2025.
Speaking to them, Vijay said, “Please forgive me for bringing you to Chennai. I will definitely come to Karur to meet you in person. I will stand by you for the rest of my life, as one of your own family members. I will provide all the help you need and take responsibility for your employment, marriage, and education.”
With tears in his eyes, Vijay comforted the grieving families and promised to extend all possible assistance to help them rebuild their lives.
