CMS College of Science and Commerce, Coimbatore, celebrated Onam with great enthusiasm on September 1st and 2nd, 2025, at the college premises.
The two-day celebration commenced on September 1st with a Pookalam and a Music Meet by the B Band. On September 2nd, the festivities continued with Keraleeyam – Spirit of Onam 2K25, organised by the students with the support of the CMS Educational and Charitable Trust.
The event was marked by elegant floral decorations and the rhythmic beats of Chenda Melam, followed by a performance by Paatarang Kalakendram Naadan Kalasanad from Palakkad, who entertained the audience with their extraordinary artistry.
Sandhya Menon, CEO of CMS Group of Institutions, delivered the presidential address. Vimalanand, Principal, delivered the special address. Muralidharan and Ravikumar, Managing Trustees, along with several others, also participated in the celebration.
A variety of cultural performances showcasing the essence of Onam drew enthusiastic participation from students.
