Dr. NGP Institute of Technology (NGP iTech) recently celebrated its 18th Annual Day, marking nearly two decades of unwavering commitment to academic excellence and technical innovation.
Krishna Balagurunathan, Chief Mentor & AVP –Early Careers at Hexaware Technologies, was the Chief Guest, and he delivered an insightful keynote address that emphasised the rapidly evolving landscape of global technology.
He urged the student community to embrace “Early Career” readiness by cultivating adaptability and a spirit of continuous learning, praising the institution for its proactive approach in aligning its autonomous curriculum with the rigorous demands of the modern workforce.
The function was presided over by Dr. Nalla G Palaniswami, Chairman, KMCH, who highlighted the institution’s role in shaping socially responsible engineers.
The ceremony was further graced by the presence of Dr. Thavamani D Palaniswami, Secretary of the college and Dr. Arun N Palaniswami, and Mathura V Palaniswami, Trustees of NGP Research and Educational Trust, whose leadership continues to drive the institute’s strategic vision.
Prabha, Principal of the college, presented the Annual Day report, highlighting the achievements of the Institution during the Academic Year 2025-26.
The Chief Guest distributed the awards to the faculty members and students for elevating the profile of the institution in the national and international arena.
This landmark celebration concluded with a vote of thanks by Chandrasekharan, HoD – ECE, and Convenor of the event.
