Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) will conduct a two-day training program on “Value-Added Products from Banana and Curry Leaf” on 24 and 25 February 2026 at the university.
The training will cover the following processing technologies:
- Banana powder
- Banana flower pickle
- Banana stem candy
- Banana jam
- Banana health mix
- Banana instant ice cream mix
- Curry leaf powder
- Curry leaf paste
- Curry leaf instant rice mix
Interested participants are requested to pay Rs. 1,770 (Rs. 1,500 + 18% GST) in person on the first day of training.
