As part of the Operations Club, KV Institute of Management (KVIM), Coimbatore, conducted an internal activity titled “The Paper Boat Factory” on 11th August 2025.
The activity was designed to provide students with a hands-on understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and the role of Artificial Intelligence in enhancing these methodologies.
Through this practical session, students gained valuable insights into process efficiency, waste reduction, and data-driven decision-making techniques widely applied across industries today.
