KPR College of Arts Science and Research (KPRCAS), School of Commerce – Department of Commerce with Information Technology organized an International Symposium on “Technological implications in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) Sector” recently.
Geetha Principal of the college gave the presidential address. Kumuthadevi, Dean – School of Commerce delivered the felicitation address. Prema, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Commerce IT welcomed the gathering.
Vinitha Guptan, Vice Chancellor, Saito University, Malaysia was the Chief Guest. She explained the impact of technologies towards promoting financial inclusion by expanding access to banking services for underserved populations.
she also stated the significant advancements in the BFSI sector including the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) algorithms and block chain technologies. And, she interacted with students and cleared their doubts.
Srinivasan, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce IT, Kowsalya, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce IT, Mahesh Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce IT was the organizing member of the event.
