National Service Scheme (NSS) Units of the Kovai Kalaimagal College of Arts and Science (KKCAS) conducted the Constitution Day pledge ceremony on 26th November 2024.
The event aimed at educating and inspiring the campus community about the significance of the Indian Constitution, its core values, and the importance of constitutional duties in promoting national unity and integrity.
In addition to the pledge-taking ceremony, participants also engaged in an online quiz, which is designed to enhance knowledge about the Indian Constitution, witnessed enthusiastic participation and was well-received by the students and staff.
The observance of Constitution Day is part of a larger initiative to instil a sense of civic responsibility and constitutional awareness among the youth, aligning with the core objectives of the NSS to encourage active and responsible citizenship.
The event was attended by over 90 participants, including 50 students and 40 staff members.
The event concluded on a positive note, with organizers expressing their gratitude to the participants for making the occasion a success.
