The III Year BBA CA students of Kongunadu Arts and Science College participated in a Leadership Development Session at Vivekananda Institute of Management Studies (VIMS), followed by an industrial visit to Roots Industries, Coimbatore, on Tuesday.
The leadership session provided valuable insights into leadership qualities, teamwork, communication, and professional development.
During the industrial visit, the students gained practical exposure to manufacturing processes, modern industrial practices, and organisational operations, the college said in a press release.
The programme helped bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations while enhancing the students’ knowledge and career awareness, the release added.
