Highlighting the transformative nature of the day, she expressed her confidence that the education imparted at the institution would serve as a cornerstone for the graduates’ future careers and personal development.

She also emphasized the importance of this generation’s role in shaping the future of the nation, as India progresses at an accelerated pace with the mission “Viksit Bharat” (Developed India by 2047).

She reflected on the inherent qualities of the Indian people—hard work, dedication, renunciation, perseverance, and sacrifice—and how these virtues would drive the country’s growth.

She also underscored the significance of the “Vocal for Local” initiative, which has spurred new economic opportunities across the country, with the “One District, One Product” movement creating substantial prospects for local production and export.

She urged the graduates to play an active role in capitalizing on these opportunities and contributing to India’s rising GDP.

Further, she spoke about the transformative power of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which is reshaping the Indian education system to align with the demands of the 21st century.

The NEP aims to create a workforce of future-ready, skilled professionals and establish world-class universities within India, thereby attracting global talent.

She encouraged the graduates to embrace change, step outside their comfort zones, and participate in driving progress, always prioritizing the concept of “Nation First.”

In her concluding remarks, she reminded the graduates that they are the torchbearers of “Design in India” and “Design for the World.”

She emphasized that their innovative ideas and contributions will not only serve the nation but will also have a global impact, embodying the spirit of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” — the belief that the world is one family.

Vasuki expressed her confidence that the college has provided ample opportunities for the graduates to engage with real-world challenges, encouraging them to think critically and contribute meaningfully to society through the education they received.

Sangeetha, Principal, formally declared the Graduation Day Ceremony open and presented a report on the academic activities of the College.

As the Chief Guest for the ceremony, Seetharaman, former Chief Executive Officer of Doha Bank, Independent Board Member at L&T Finance Limited, and Member of the Board of Governors at Shri Sharada Institute of Indian Management, delivered the graduation address.
