Dr. NGP Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, organised the pre-conference workshop and inaugural session of the 3rd International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Communication Technologies (ICCICT–2K26) on February 3, 2026.
The conference is being organised by the Faculty of Computer Science in collaboration with Curtin University, Malaysia.
The programme began with a welcome address by Mary Magdalene Jane, Dean, Faculty of Computer Science. Mathura V. Palaniswami, Trustee of Dr. NGP Research and Educational Trust, presided over the function, while Saravanan, Principal of the college, offered felicitations.
The inaugural address was delivered by Kelvin Yong Sheng Chek, Senior Lecturer, Swinburne University of Technology, Sarawak, Malaysia, and Sivaraman Eswaran, Associate Professor, Curtin University, Malaysia. The speakers highlighted global research trends and the importance of collaborative innovation in emerging technologies.
The pre-conference workshop focuses on contemporary research areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, data science, big data analytics, the Internet of Things, 5G and 6G communication technologies, cybersecurity, blockchain, cloud and edge computing, robotics, smart systems, and digital transformation.
The event provides a global platform for academicians, researchers, and students to exchange knowledge and foster international research collaboration.
