The Inner Wheel Club of Coimbatore, District 320, an organization dedicated to community service, donated 500 books worth ₹25 lakhs to the Corporation Knowledge and City Centre Library at Adidas Road, Coimbatore, on 4th April 2025.
The event was graced by the presence of Senthil Kumaran, Assistant Commissioner of Coimbatore Corporation, and Jagruthi Asvin, District Chairman of District 320.
The main donors for this initiative include club members, the Gujarati Jain Samaj, and Gujarati Kedia Bhavan.
Falguna Haresh Badani, President, and Binal Shah, Secretary, presided over the event.
Notably, the club has already contributed 3,500 UPSC-level books, children’s books, and 15 computers to the library.
So far, around 37,000 students have benefited from these contributions, and 16 students have passed their exams with flying colors.
