SREC (Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College) SPARK Incubation Foundation has inaugurated India’s first EIT 2.0 Authorised Calibration Center (ACC). The centre has been established by UI Bridge Solutions, a deep-tech startup incubated at SPARK, in strategic partnership with EIT 2.0 LLC, USA.
EIT 2.0, headquartered in Leesburg, Virginia, and globally recognised for its leadership in UV and industrial curing measurement solutions, has partnered with UI Bridge Solutions, Coimbatore, to set up this dedicated Calibration Center catering to India and Southeast Asia.
The new facility will exclusively calibrate EIT 2.0 UV radiometers and offer localized calibration services, technical support, application assistance, product demonstrations, and user training.
The Center highlights the importance of calibrating radiometers every six months to ensure measurement accuracy, detect performance drift, avoid curing failures, reduce downtime, and maintain reliable UV curing processes. Industries such as electronics manufacturing, printing, automotive, medical devices, and industrial coatings are expected to benefit significantly from this initiative.
Speaking about the collaboration, Swain, Chief Operating Officer of EIT 2.0, USA, said, “This partnership reflects our commitment to providing world-class support closer to our Indian and Southeast Asian customers. By working with UI Bridge, we are strengthening our presence in Asia and enabling faster, more reliable service.”
Manoj Kumar, Managing Director of UI Bridge Solutions, added, “Hosting the Calibration Center at our facility demonstrates UI Bridge’s dedication to supporting EIT 2.0’s engineering needs in India and helping expand their market presence by leveraging our ecosystem and local capabilities.”
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Swain; James Raymont, Director of Sales, EIT 2.0; Seshadri Subbaraman, Head of Finance, SNR Sons Charitable Trust; Soundarrajan, Principal, Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College; and Thirukkuralkani, Head – Incubation, SREC SPARK. UI Bridge Solutions team leaders Manoj and Binosh were also present.
