The Department of Computer Science at Hindusthan College of Arts & Science organized its inter-departmental technical symposium Astound’ 26. The symposium brought together students and tech enthusiasts from across the institution to showcase their skills, creativity, and innovation.
M.Eswaran, Proprietor of Live Stream Technologies, as the Chief Guest. In his keynote speech, he shared valuable insights into the evolving landscape of technology and the importance of fostering innovation among young minds.
R.Rangaraj, Head of the Department and Convenor of the event enlightens about the importance of Astound’ 26 and highlighted that it was initially introduced to challenge and inspire participants, such as coding contests, paper presentations, technical quizzes, and cultural performances.
The symposium today provides a platform for students to engage, collaborate, and showcase their talents in a competitive yet encouraging environment.
At the end of the event, the Department of Information Technology were declared the overall winner while the Department of Commerce with CA were declared the runners.
