CRI Pumps Private Limited, a prominent player in fluid management solutions has recently been conferred the prestigious Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) National Award for Export Excellence in the “Large Industry” category for the FY 2022.

The award was received by Sahithya Soundararajan, Executive Director of CRI Pumps Private Limited, and was presented by Jitin Prasada, Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, Government of India.

CRI Pumps has consistently excelled in domestic and international markets, executing high-impact projects such as supplying high-capacity split case pump sets and vertical turbine pumps for water supply initiatives in Africa, irrigation projects in East Asia, and wastewater management systems in Europe.

In a significant milestone, CRI Pumps has been empanelled by the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) to supply 25,000 solar pumping systems under the Magel Tyala Saur Krishi Pump (MTSKP) scheme, a ₹754 crore project, reinforcing its leadership in renewable energy solutions.
The company’s commitment to sustainability is evident through its eight-time recognition with the National Energy Conservation (NEC) Award from the Government of India.
With over 170,000 solar pumping systems and IoT-enabled smart pumps installed globally, C.R.I. has achieved an estimated energy savings of 5,200 million kWh and reduced carbon emissions by 4.13 million tonnes, solidifying its role as a pioneer in energy conservation and environmental stewardship.
