Coimbatore Citizens Forum organised a felicitation ceremony for the 15th Vice President of India, C. P. Radhakrishnan, at the Codissia Trade Fair Complex on 28th September 2025.

Karthikeyan, President of Codissia; Baalakrishnan, Chairman of KG Group; and Rajesh B. Lund, President of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore, felicitated the Vice President.
The event was graced by several esteemed dignitaries, including Nainar Nagendran, BJP President, Tamil Nadu; Vanathi Srinivasan, National President of the Mahila Morcha and BJP MLA, Coimbatore South; H. Raja, Senior BJP Leader; Annamalai, Former BJP President, Tamil Nadu; S. P. Velumani, AIADMK MLA, Thondamuthur; Pongalur N. Palanisamy, Former DMK Minister; and Jayaraman, AIADMK MLA, Pollachi.
Other prominent personalities present included Dr. Arun N. Palaniswami, Executive Director, KMCH; C. A. Vasuki, Secretary and Director of Kongunadu Arts and Science College, along with her husband.
R. Sundar, Managing Trustee of SNR Sons Charitable Trust; Dr. K. G. Bakthavathsalam, Chairman, KG Hospital; Uma Maheswari, Joint Managing Director, Ananya Group; and Anusha Ravi, CEO, PARK Institutions, were also present.
Leading industrialists from Coimbatore, including A. V. Varadharajan, Founder, AV Group of Companies; Nandakumar, Managing Director, Selvam Agencies; Mithun Ramdas, President, SIEMA; Sundararaman, Managing Director, Shiva Texyarn, also attended the event, along with several other notable business leaders of the region.
At the felicitation event, S. P. Velumani honoured the Vice President with a shawl, and Mithun Ramdas felicitated him with a memento.
