The third day of Blitz 2.0 saw the grand success of the X Factor – Yi Learning Conclave, hosted at Coimbatore.
The conclave brought together some of India’s most accomplished thought leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs to share insights on leadership, innovation, and resilience.
The event began with a keynote session on Talent, Technology, and Transformation—The India Story, led by Ajai Chowdhry, Co-Founder of HCL and Chairman of EPIC Foundation, and Jacob Joy, Past National Chair, Young Indians.
Their dialogue offered a comprehensive perspective on India’s evolving tech landscape and the potential for young professionals to play a pivotal role in this transformation.
In a session on Adaptive Leadership -Deconstructing the Indian Woman, Geetanjali Vikram Kirloskar, Chairperson & Managing Director, Kirloskar Systems Limited, along with Shankar Vanavarayar, Immediate Past Chairman, CII Tamil Nadu, and Past National Chairman, Young Indians, delivered a powerful message on how women can lead adaptive changes in the corporate world, breaking barriers and creating new paths for leadership.
Sundararaman, Chairman, SIMA & MD, Shiva Texyarn Ltd, and Chinnakannan Sivasankaran, Founder of Aircel and mentor at AIWO, shared personal stories during a session on Dare to Fail: Resilience, Radiance, Reflection, urging the audience to embrace challenges and view failure as a stepping stone to success.
In a special session on the Kaleidoscope of Transformation in Indian Cinema & Beyond, Anup Chandrasekaran, COO of IN10 Media, and Aparna Purohit, CEO of Aamir Khan Productions, shared their experiences in navigating the changing landscape of Indian media and entertainment.
The spirit of service and sacrifice was honoured in a Special Session on Service, Sacrifice, and Strength in a VUCA World. Lt. Col. Bhagavat Bharat Singh, Team Leader of OP Black Tornado (26/11), shared his remarkable story of courage and dedication, resonating deeply with the audience and inspiring them to think beyond themselves in times of crisis.
Abhijit Iyer Mitra, Defence Economist, took the stage for a compelling session on the New World Order – Why South Matters? where he explored the geopolitical shifts that highlight the increasing importance of the Southern Hemisphere, especially for India’s future.
Blitz 2.0 Day 3 was not just a platform for learning but also a celebration of talent, leadership, and the indomitable spirit of India’s youth. With each session offering a wealth of knowledge, Day 3 continued the momentum of innovation, leadership, and collaboration set by the earlier days of the conference.
