The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry Ladies Wing (FICCI FLO) announced the appointment of Aparna Sunku as the Chairperson of the FICCI FLO Coimbatore Chapter for the term 2025-26, recently.

Aparna Sunku is a seasoned fashion designer, jewellery curator, and fashion entrepreneur, and is also the founder of a Small Animal Crematorium.

Speaking on her appointment, Aparna Sunku said, “I am deeply honored to take on this role and look forward to working alongside my dynamic team to create meaningful opportunities for women in Coimbatore. My focus will be on equipping women with the resources, skills, and networks they need to thrive as leaders and entrepreneurs.”

The Executive Committee for the 2025-26 term includes Meena Swaminathan, Immediate Past Chairperson; Parnika Gupta, Senior Vice Chairperson; Ranjana Singhal, Junior Vice Chairperson; Kinjal Zaveri, Treasurer; Preetha Badrinathan, Secretary; Rama Munukur, Joint Treasurer and Meghna Khona, Joint Secretary.

Additionally, the Advisory Committee of Past Chairpersons includes: Suguna Ravichandran, Swathy Rohit and Poonam Bafna.

Under Aparna Sunku’s leadership, the FICCI FLO Coimbatore Chapter plans to introduce initiatives focused on mentorship, business networking, and community outreach, ensuring women from diverse backgrounds have access to growth opportunities.

FICCI FLO, a Pan-India organization with 20 chapters across the country, has been advocating for women’s empowerment for over four decades, supporting the growth of women-led businesses. As Chairperson of the Coimbatore Chapter, Aparna Sunku aims to focus on fostering economic empowerment for women, enhancing skill development programs, and building impactful collaborations that support women-led businesses.
