Two student teams from Amrita Vidyalayam Senior Secondary School, Tiruppur, secured top positions among India’s top 50 in the prestigious 1M1B (One Million for One Billion) Changemakers World Cup Challenge 2025, recently.
The teams, Techno Trinity and Timeless Matrix, were honoured with medals and recognition certificates at a national-level summit held in New Delhi, which was attended by dignitaries from NITI Aayog and the United Nations.
Selected from over 3,000 participants across 24 states, the students completed nine mission-based challenges focused on real-world problem-solving aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Their projects addressed key areas such as AI for social good and sustainability, earning them national recognition.
Team Techno Trinity comprised Bavadharani, Dharshana, Harini, and Sarumathi Rubikka, while Team Timeless Matrix included Hari Prasad, Padmanettra, Kishore, and Kapilesh Kannaa.
The School Correspondent, Swamini Bhakthipriyamritaprana, appreciated the students’ achievements, stating that the recognition reflects their leadership skills and commitment to creating a positive social impact.

Global opportunity
The top-performing students earned the opportunity to represent India at the 1M1B Impact Summit to be held at the United Nations, Geneva.
The 1M1B Foundation, in collaboration with Flaunch, conducts the Changemakers World Cup to identify and nurture young innovators equipped with future-ready skills.
