Jayasuriyaa, a Class X student of Amrita Vidyalayam Senior Secondary School, Tiruppur, has made history by winning the United World Sports & Fitness Federation (UWSFF) World Pro Powerlifting Championship 2025, held in Pattaya, Thailand, from November 27 to 29, 2025.
Representing India on the global stage, he secured the gold medal in deadlift and squat with a combined total of 215 kg.
This remarkable achievement has brought glory to the nation and immense pride to the school.
