The Association of Healthcare Providers India – Tamil Nadu Chapter (AHPI-TN) is organising the second edition of its healthcare conclave (AHPICON), on the theme “From Sustainability to Scalability: Empowering Every Hospital Tier,” today, 8th November 2025, at Merlis Hotel, Coimbatore.
A press meeting regarding the event was held at the hotel today. The heads of the association, including Dr. Giridhar Gyani, Director General; Dr. Alexander Thomas, Founder President; and Dr. Sathish Devadoss, President (Tamil Nadu), shared details about the conclave.
Other dignitaries of the conclave who addressed the press included Rama Rajasekaran, Director, Ganga Medical Centre and Hospitals; Dr. Praveen Raj, Joint Managing Director, GEM Hospitals; Adel, Founder and COO, FLAB Healthcare; Dr. Eniyan, Managing Director, Srikamatchi Medical Centre; and Sandhya Cherian, Vice President, Frontier Lifeline Hospital.

The conclave’s theme highlights the critical need for hospitals—small, medium, and large—to move beyond sustaining their operations to scaling efficiently and responsibly. It emphasises leveraging financial discipline, digital transformation, and human resources to empower hospitals at every tier of care delivery.
The conclave was attended by members of the Tamil Nadu chapter of the association from all five zones of the state. Around 150 hospitals, 400 delegates, and representatives from various insurance companies participated in the event.
The programme featured several power-packed and insightful speaker sessions, as well as panel discussions.
The speakers stated that the association aims to provide quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare to the people. They also discussed insurance schemes and noted that the conference addresses the various challenges faced by hospitals.

They further highlighted that technology plays a vital role in ensuring affordable, sustainable, and preventive healthcare. The conclave, they added, focuses on promoting quality healthcare and the overall well-being of the common man.
