Chennai-based real estate firm Prince has set foot in Coimbatore with big hopes to make a great impression in the city.
Prince, with its 4-decades of legacy in the real estate sector in Chennai, has delivered over 30 residential, commercial, and IT park projects, collectively covering more than 6 million sq. ft. of built-up area, with an additional 3 lakh sq. ft. currently under development.
With the view to expand its operations in Tamil Nadu, the company has officially entered Coimbatore where it is launching a new residential project in the city ‘ Prince Blossom’, a RERA-approved residential project offering 1–3 BHK homes at Neelambur.
The grand launch of Prince Blossom is scheduled for February 14th and 15th, 2026, at the project site, where home buyers and investors can experience the development first hand and avail exclusive launch offers available only during the launch days.
