PSG College of Arts and Science organized a three-day National level summit on Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Start-up called E-Summit recently in which more than 2500 participants attended.

The three-day event included multiple speaker-sessions, panel discussions with CEOs & Industrialists, hackathons, investors & incubation summit, innovation competitions, poster presentations, workshops for school & college students, and much more. More than Rs. 3 lakhs was set aside for cash prizes and to provide seed funding.

Government officials, industry veterans, corporate & MSME directors, startup founders, business executives, professors shared valuable insights that gave students and young founders practical exposure to the whole startup journey, from finding and protecting an idea to building, funding and selling it.
ALUM scaled
Dinesh, Chief Executive Officer of TN Research Park Foundation, Govt. of Tamil Nadu inaugurated the E-Summit and spoke about the research-led innovation and the support available to young innovators in Tamil Nadu. The event saw 1500+ students, 500+ Faculty Members, 300+ MSMEs & Startups and 50+ Guests (Govt. & Corporate) take part.
SUMMITS scaled
A special mention should be made about the event – Elampreneurs’26 – a contest for school students to showcase their innovative ideas. Students from 20 schools had their first experience of pitching an idea, building a working model or presenting a concept to judges.

The event was held in association with the Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship, Institution’s Innovation Council and E-Cell of PSG CAS.
