As part of the First-Year Students Induction Programme 2026 (SIP) the Entrepreneurship Development Cell of PSG iTech Launchpad and the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) hosted an engaging session on “Building Startups: An Investor’s Perspective”.
The session featured Nagaraja Prakasam, Farmer – Growing Startups, Bengaluru, who offered valuable insights into entrepreneurship, startups, investment perspectives, and building impactful ventures. The interaction enabled students to recognise opportunities, develop ideas, and navigate the startup ecosystem.
In addition to this, the college organized an interactive session with Dr. G. Rajendiran, Professor and Head, Preventive Cardiology, PSG Institute of Medical Sciences & Research.

The session offered first-year students an opportunity to connect with an experienced medical professional and get expert insights on everyday health, wellbeing and the importance of preventive care.
At the sidelines of SIP, a vibrant Talent Show was also organized.

The program featured performances by the newly joined students, highlighting their diverse talents and creativity, followed by musical and dance segments by the Music Club and Dance Club.
