PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research (PSG iTech) welcomed Vice Admiral Sivakumar, AVSM, VSM, Chief of Materiel (COM), Indian Navy; Commodore Sandeep Deshmukh; Captain Abhilash Kumar; and Commander Manish Kumar Singh.
The dignitaries interacted with the institute on strategic collaborations in upskilling, research and the advancement of defence technologies. Discussions explored opportunities in artificial intelligence, additive manufacturing, underwater systems and the establishment of Centres of Excellence.
The visit showcased PSG iTech’s research capabilities, including its research ecosystem and DRDO-funded projects.
