Hindusthan International School recently concluded two-day girls’ basketball tournament.
This event brought together young athletes from the districts of Tiruppur, Salem, Erode, and Coimbatore, all competing under the auspices of the Regional Association of International Schools.
The tournament showcased impressive talent and sportsmanship across various age groups. In the Under-12 category, CS Academy Erode emerged as the champions, with TIPS Salem securing the second place.
The Under-14 competition saw Yellow Train clinch the top spot, while CS Academy took the second position.
In the Under-17 category, CS Academy Coimbatore was crowned the winner, with CS Academy Erode finishing as the runners-up.
The Under-19 category was won by Yellow Train, with TIPS Erode taking the second place.
The event culminated with a prize distribution ceremony conducted by Suja T. Nair, Principal of Hindusthan International School. Her presence and words of encouragement highlighted the importance of sportsmanship and dedication in the development of young athletes.
