The Department of Information Technology at Dr. NGP Institute of Technology recently inaugurated its departmental association, XEMAC’26.
The programme commenced with a welcome address by Dineshkumar, President of the XEMAC Association and a fourth-year B.Tech Information Technology student.
Krishnamoorthi, Head of the Department, introduced the newly elected office bearers and encouraged them to lead the association with dedication, teamwork, and innovation.
The chief guest, Muthuraman, AWS Connect Technical Lead at Wipro Technologies, Coimbatore, delivered an inspiring address on the topic, “Decoding Your IT Future: Innovation, Opportunities and Career Pathways.” He highlighted emerging industry trends, essential technical skills, and diverse career opportunities in the field of Information Technology.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Gokul, Executive Member of the XEMAC Association and a second-year B.Tech Information Technology student.
