Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI) is the governing body for motor sports in India. It is recognized by the Government of India.

The federation held its Annual Awards Ceremony in Bengaluru recently to honor the country’s top racing drivers, riders, volunteers, and officials across multiple disciplines of Indian motorsports from the 2025 racing season.

Kathiroli, a third-year Mechanical Engineering student of Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology (a popular engineering college run by SNR Sons Charitable Trust) was honored with the prestigious Indian National Rally Sprint Championship Award by the Federation at the ceremony.

He was honored for his outstanding performance by winning in the INRSC Group B and Group D (Above 165cc up to 260cc) category events conducted by FMSCI at Bangalore on December 2025.

The SNR Sons Charitable Trust’s Management, SRIT’s Principal, faculty members, and students congratulated Kathiroli on his phenomenal success.

Kathir has received specialized professional training from Jordi Viladoms, Chief Trainer of the Hero Motocross Factory Team, Spain. In addition to this, he has participated in 20+ national-level dirt motorsport competitions across India over the past six months, showcasing his grit and skill in Motocross, Supercross, and Rally Racing categories and competing in prominent events held in Bengaluru, Goa, Nashik, Raipur, Jaipur, Vadodara, and Chikkamagaluru, consistently proving his mettle against top riders from across the country.
