“At Amrita, we believe the future of education lies in integrating academic rigour with real-world industry relevance,” said Vishwanathamritha Chaitanya, Director, Corporate and Industry Relations (CIR), Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.

“This collaboration gives students direct exposure to rapidly evolving AI technologies, enterprise applications, and industry workflows, helping them become future-ready professionals in the digital economy.”

As part of the collaboration, high-performing students may also be considered for internship opportunities with Orion Innovation, helping create pathways from academic learning to industry experience.

The initiative has been formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that also includes faculty enablement programs, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and continued collaboration between industry experts and academic teams to align education with evolving technological needs.
