PSG Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (PSG IMS&R) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the head of the Republic of Korea Rehabilitation Centre to establish a state-of-the-art rehabilitation centre at PSG.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Dr. Subba Rao, Principal, PSG IMS&R; Dr. Sudha Ramalingam, Director – Research and Innovation and Professor of Community Medicine, PSG CMMT; Dr. Banumathi, Director, PSG Vishnugranthi; and Dr. Ramamoorthy, Head, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
The visiting delegation presented advanced rehabilitation equipment and capabilities, toured the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at PSG, and discussed future collaboration opportunities.
They also expressed interest in establishing a collaborative centre on campus and facilitating specialised training programmes to support knowledge transfer to PSG.
The MoU marks a significant step towards strengthening rehabilitation services and expertise at the PSG Health Campus.
