The VLB Janakiammal College of Arts and Science celebrated its 31st Graduation Ceremony for the 2021–2024 batch today.

The ceremony was graced by the Chief Guest, Pratapsinh Chauhan, Vice Chancellor of Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University, Gujarat.

The programme began with a welcome address by Kalaivani, Principal of the college, followed by the presentation of the Annual Report, highlighting the institution’s significant achievements and academic progress during the year.

Jaishree Suryakumar, Secretary and CEO of the college, formally declared the Graduation Day open.

In his address, the Chief Guest inspired the graduates with valuable insights, emphasising the importance of perseverance, continuous learning, and ethical responsibility. He encouraged them to use their knowledge for both personal growth and the betterment of society.

A total of 777 graduates of the 2024 batch received their degrees. Rank holders were honoured with distinctions, and the Chief Guest presented the degrees in the presence of Jaishree Suryakumar, Secretary; Kalaivani, Principal; and Brindha, Director of Academics and Research of the college.

The Graduation Oath was administered following the conferment of degrees. Kalaivani, Principal, formally declared the 31st Graduation Ceremony closed.
