PSG & Sons’ Charities honoured Dr. J. S. Bhuvaneswaran, Director of PSG Super Specialty Hospital and Professor, Department of Cardiology, with the Service Award in recognition of his completion of 25 years of service.

The award was presented during the Staff Day celebrations held to mark the birth anniversary of G. R. Damodaran, Founder Principal of PSG College of Technology.

In his absence, the award was received on his behalf by Dr. Varunn, Medical Superintendent of the hospital.

Sharing his gratitude on social media, Dr. J. S. Bhuvaneswaran wrote, “25+ years with PSG. So thankful for making me who I am. I joined in 1994 as a young cardiologist… it has been a long journey.”

He thanked PSG & Sons’ Charities for the honour and also expressed his appreciation to Dr. Varunn for receiving the award on his behalf.

He also shared a poem penned by his childhood friend, Manivannan Guptha, congratulating him on completing 25 years of dedicated service. The poem praised Dr. Bhuvaneswaran not only for his contributions as a cardiologist but also for his talents as a singer, orator, and inspiring leader, highlighting his compassion, commitment, and service to society.
