Shiva Texyarn and the Tamil Nadu government exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), under which Shiva Texyarn will invest ₹150 crore in Coimbatore, generating 1,000 jobs in yarn and technical textile fabric manufacturing.
The exchange took place during the TN Rising Investors’ Meeting held at Hotel Le Méridien on 25th November 2025.
The MoU was exchanged between Sundararaman, Managing Director of Shiva Texyarn, and Darez Ahamed, Managing Director of Guidance, the state’s investment promotion and single-window facilitation agency under the Industries Department.
