On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday, an event titled Modiyin Thozhil Magal Thittam was recently held in Ganapathy, Coimbatore.
The event aimed to encourage women to start their own businesses and make progress in their lives. As part of the initiative, machinery and essential equipment worth ₹27 lakhs were distributed.
Leema Rose Martin, State Joint General Secretary of the Indiya Jananayaka Katchi (IJK), distributed the machines to women entrepreneurs.
The event was attended by Pralhad Joshi, Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution of India; Nainar Nagendran, BJP State President; Tamilisai Soundararajan, Former Governor of Telangana; Sekar, State Treasurer; Ramesh Kumar, BJP District President; GKS Selvakumar, Ex., State General Secretary; MLAs Amman Arjunan, K. R. Jayaram, Vanathi Srinivasan, and several others.
