From humble beginnings in 2019, PSG Institute of Oncology has emerged as a beacon of excellence in cancer care. Today, the institute celebrates five years of compassionate, patient-centric service, reaffirming its commitment to healing with dignity, empathy, and innovation.
Guided by the motto “Our Vision Inspires, Our Values Empower,” the institute will mark its 5th anniversary on August 25, 2025.
To announce this, a press meeting was held on 23rd August 2025. Vinoth Kumar, Manager, Operations; Dr. Rajkumar, Medical Superintendent; Dr. Balaji, Director; and Dr. Saravana Kumar Adhimoolam, Associate Professor of Medical Physics, from the institute addressed the gathering and made the official announcement.
As part of the celebrations, stalwarts of cancer care in India will be honoured with the prestigious “ICON of CANCER CARE 2025” award. These visionaries have made pioneering contributions that have profoundly shaped the field of oncology both nationally and globally.
This milestone event is not just a commemoration of institutional progress but a heartfelt tribute to those who have tirelessly advanced the treatment, research, and compassionate care of cancer patients.
Their contributions span decades of clinical excellence, groundbreaking innovations, and an unwavering commitment to improving outcomes and the quality of life for countless individuals.
