The three-day Gokulashtami 2025 celebrations at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham concluded on 16th August 2025, in a vibrant display of devotion, tradition, and cultural expression.
The final day began at dawn with Nagara Sankeerthanam, followed by a grand Krishna procession featuring a beautifully decorated float. Students, faculty, and devotees joined in singing bhajans, filling the campus with festive energy and spiritual fervour.
As part of the celebrations, winners of various cultural competitions—including classical and semi-classical dance, group music (Indian and Western), mime, skits, chenda performances, and campus decoration—were honoured during a felicitation ceremony.
The festivities concluded with a special all-night bhajan session, bringing the campus community together in a profound atmosphere of devotion and joy.
The celebrations witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, staff, and visitors, making Gokulashtami 2025 a memorable and spiritually enriching event for all.
